Questions about ordering group t-shirts
How do group t-shirts work on Walrusgang?
You pick a design and fill in the wording once, then add the names that go on the back. Walrusgang gives you one private link to share in the group chat. Each person opens it, taps their name, picks a size and pays for their own shirt. You never collect or front any money.
How much does each t-shirt cost?
Every shirt costs £30, delivery to a UK address included. There is no minimum order and no extra charge for printing a name on the back.
Can everyone pay for their own shirt?
Yes, that is how Walrusgang works. The organiser pays nothing to start a collection. Each person pays only for their own shirt, by card, on the checkout page.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We deliver to UK addresses only. Each person enters their own UK delivery address when they pay, and their shirt is posted straight to them.
How long will the shirts take to arrive?
Each shirt is made to order once it is paid for, so we do not promise a delivery date. If your event has a firm date, share the link early and ask everyone to pay straight away.
What sizes do you do, and can I swap a size?
Shirts are a unisex fit in sizes 2XS to 5XL. Because every shirt is personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size mistakes. Faulty or misprinted items are replaced or refunded, as described on the returns page.
Which occasions are the designs for?
There are ten designs for stag dos, hen dos, group holidays, Christmas, birthdays and leavers. The wording on each is yours to change.
Can I keep the design a surprise?
Yes. Turn on surprise mode and your group can pick a size and pay without seeing the design until the shirt arrives.
