Who we are

Walrusgang is the controller of your personal data. Email: walrusgang845@gmail.com, or use the contact form.

What we collect

• Buyers: name, email, delivery address, printed name and order details.
• Organisers: name, email and password.

Why we use it

• To take, make and deliver orders: contract.
• To run organiser accounts: contract, and legal obligation.
• To keep the site secure: legitimate interests.

Who receives it

Stripe (payment), Prodigi (printing and delivery), our email and hosting providers, and Cloudflare, whose Turnstile check protects the contact form from bots. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records, including the delivery name and address you gave at checkout: 6 years, because tax records must be kept. Account details: until you delete your account.

Emails and cookies

We send emails about your orders and account, such as order confirmations, shipping notices and password resets. We send no marketing emails. We use only essential session and security cookies, and no tracking.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. To delete your data, use delete on your account page or use the contact form. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
